We are currently recruiting for an FV Team Leader - Perpetrator Services to work in a newly established Orange Door hub in Shepparton.

Let's talk about the role:

The Orange Door is a new way of working, providing family violence and child wellbeing support for adults, children and young people.

The Team Leader - Perpetrator Services will provide leadership and supervision of a team of highly skilled Perpetrator Service Practitioners who will provide screening, assessment, triage and short term response to all incoming referrals with a focus on male perpetrators through an Integrated Practice Framework

Let's talk about you:

Draw upon your tertiary qualifications and experience in social work, welfare studies, psychology, counselling, family therapy or similar (essential).

Postgraduate qualifications in Social Science - Family Violence stream or similar training in working with Family Violence (preferred).

Graduate Certificate in Client Assessment and Case Management (Male Family Violence) (preferred).

Demonstrated experience in leading family violence practice within complex service delivery contexts.
