💼 Let's talk about the role:

Reporting to the Business Support Services Team Leader, the Health System Navigator will be at the forefront of delivering quality customer service, ensuring that referrals and service inquiries are managed appropriately. You will play a pivotal role in guiding our community about service access, information, and referral pathways.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated skills and experience with intake processes.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience in multi-tasking in a busy environment.
  • Competent in working with computers and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in health or community service is desirable.
  • Well-developed administration and organisational skills.
  • Yearly influenza vaccination
